What's in a row?

Every permit row carries the full address, city, province, category, description, issue date and permit number. Map coordinates land on about eight rows in ten, a construction value on about four in ten, because many cities don't publish one.

What is the openings feed?

Two sheets. Businesses at their first licence, renewals excluded, and addresses being fitted out where nothing is licensed yet. The second sheet reaches an operator before they open.

Which cities are covered?

Building permits run across 68 Canadian cities in every province. Openings ship as one national feed covering every city we track.

How fresh are the leads?

We pull new records every day, so a project reaches you in the next weekly send, usually within days of the permit being issued. A city that publishes monthly arrives monthly.

How much does it cost and can I cancel?
