What's in a row?

Every permit row carries the full address, city, province, category, description, issue date and permit number. 23 columns in all, with map coordinates, construction value, contractor, building type and floor area among the rest.

What is the openings feed?

Two sheets. Businesses at their first licence, renewals excluded, and addresses being fitted out where nothing is licensed yet. The second sheet reaches an operator before they open.

Which cities are covered?

Building permits run across 55 Canadian cities in 9 provinces. Openings cover 22 cities, 19 of them with new business licences and the rest through fit-out permits.

How fresh are the leads?

We pull new records every day, so a project reaches you in the next weekly send, usually within days of the permit being issued. A city that publishes monthly arrives monthly.

How much does it cost and can I cancel?
