Construction leads, delivered to your inbox every week
Fresh building permits, business licences, and development permits across Canada, filtered to the cities you sell into and to the permit types you actually bid on. Contractors, suppliers, and realtors use it to reach owners the week a project starts, or take the raw feed as data, assessments and planning applications included.
This is what lands in your inbox. One row per new permit, every one a real permitted project at a real address. Six columns are shown here; the file also carries province, category, permit number and map coordinates.

Frequently asked questions
How do construction lead feeds work?
Pick your datasets and cities, and each week BuildData emails you an Excel workbook of every new building permit, business licence, or development permit in those cities. Every permit row carries the full address, city, province, category, description, issue date and permit number, plus map coordinates on most and a construction value wherever the city publishes one. It's new-project signal you can act on before competitors.
Which cities and datasets are covered?
68 Canadian cities across every province, and six datasets: building permits, major capital projects, business licences, development permits, planning applications, and property assessments. Combine any of them in one subscription.
How fresh are the leads?
BuildData refreshes permits automatically every day, so new projects reach you in the next scheduled feed, typically within days of the permit being issued.
What's included in each lead?
Every building permit row carries the full address, city, province, category, description, issue date and permit number. Latitude and longitude are on about eight rows in ten, and a construction value on about four in ten, because many cities simply don't publish one. Each other dataset carries its own columns, so a property assessment adds assessed, land and improvement values, property class and year built, and a licence adds the business name, licence type and expiry. It all arrives as a clean spreadsheet that drops straight into your CRM, every row a real permitted project at a real address, straight from the city's own record.
How much does it cost and can I cancel?
One flat price of $49 CAD per month covers any dataset and as many cities as you like, with a 30-day free trial. Cancel anytime from the link in every feed email.
